Payment

Paypal - accepts all major credit cards or DIRECT DEPOSIT. The bank details will be send to you after the purchase.

Payment must be made with 48 hours or order will be cancelled.

Postage changes in 2017:

Australia
$1.50 flat postage fee for hair clips
$5 flat postage fee on all orders
Blanket orders have a flat postage of $8

International Shipping
$6 flat postage fee on all orders
Blanket orders $15
All international shipping will be received within 2-3 weeks using Australia Registered Post.

Postage time frame:

I send items through Australia Post that usually takes about 3-5 days to arrive, depending on where you are located. I send by regular mail unless stated otherwise.

REGISTERED POST option is avalable at the checkout.

I strongly recommend requesting registered post ($2 extra) as Plushka can not be held accountable for items lost in transit.

If you require an EXPRESS post:

Items that are in stock will be posted the next day, but where this is not possible, I will mail it within 2-3 days of purchase. Email with posting date will be send to you.

Items that are made to order will take from 7 days - 2/3 weeks depending on the amount of the items purchased and my schedule. Please, ask before purchasing if you need it urgent!

All items will be wrapped nicely and ready to be given as a gift.

P.S. Please try to make sure your shipping address matches your paypal mailing address. To avoid confusion or mail getting lost. If you want it to go to a different address please put this in note to seller at the checkout.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Refunds or exchanges, for change of mind will be reviewed case to case basis. Listing fees and commission will be charged if purchasers change their mind after purchase. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout. 
- Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Item must be in the original condition
- Unless send via REGISTERED post, I do not accept responsibility for parcels which go missing in the post.
