Payment Policy

I prefer direct deposit but will accept Paypal. Payment is to be made within 5 days of purchase.

For Personalised Jewellery

Once payment is cleared I will create your custom order and have it shipped out to you usually within 10 working days.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter and Christmas etc, may be delayed due to a higher volume of orders and a busier postal system. I will notify you if this is the case.

For you piece of mind (and Mine) your order will be shipped via Registered Post. Registered Post covers compensation up to $100.

Each letter is hand stamped individually, sometimes letters will not line up completely straight or perfect. This should not be considered a flaw but rather part of the charm of a handmade piece.

This makes each piece unique and one of a kind.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of Personalised Jewellery it cannot be returned and I do not issue refunds.

All details must be double checked and confirmed BEFORE your order is started.

If the error occurs on my behalf, ie incorrect spelling - I am happy to REPLACE the product with same. Please contact me within 5 days from receiving your order.

Faulty product MUST be returned before replacement is issued.

Chains have a guarantee of 1 month from date of purchase.

Shipping and Insurance Policy

Shipping charges include registered post and insurance up to the value of $100.

Registered Post covers compensation up to $100. If your TOTAL purchase (excluding postage) exceeds $100, Extra Cover (formerly Insurance) is optional and at an extra cost of $1.50 per $100 or part thereof, in excess of $100 and up to $5000.
