Payment

Payment is required within 3 days from purchase date.  Payment methods are paypal (follow the link to paypal through madeit) or direct deposit. Direct Deposit details are as follows:

Postage

All orders will be sent by Evie & Flynn within 2 days of receiving the order and payment. Delivery is via standard postage with Australia Post using a satchel with a tracking number. There is also the option for registered or express postage. Delivery time within Australia is usually between 3-5 days.

An emailed template proof for invitations and announcements will be sent within 24 hrs of receiving the order, payment and the emailed text details and photo/s (if required) from the customer. There is NO CHARGE ON POSTAGE OF EMAILED TEMPLATES.
 

Refunds and Exchanges
 
Little Ladybird carefully checks all products upon dispatch, however, in the unlikely event, if stock is found to be defective, please contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase to discuss an exchange or refund. Items must have original tags attached and be unworn or unused and returned within 14 days from date of purchase. Postage charges are not refundable unless the product is found to be faulty.
 

Safety
 
Please note that storage cases contain small parts and should be used as a storage case for storage and display and not for play unless supervised by an adult. Little Ladybird accepts no responsibility for misuse of their products.
