Store Policies

***PAYMENT POLICY***
We accept payment via PayPal only. You do not require a Paypal account to use Paypal, your regular credit card can be used. All orders will be shipped once payment has cleared.

***TURNAROUND TIMES***
At Love a Rhino, we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Non personalised prints will be posted out within 2-7 business days of purchase. Custom prints take a little longer, and are generally sent out within 5-10 business days of proof approval. These timeframes do not include delivery.

Canvases are printed to order and as such, can take up to 4 weeks from proof approval, to be dispatched. An Express Order fee can be applied to your canvas order (ensuring your order will be dispatched within 3 business days of proof approval) for an additional fee. Please contact us if you wish to discuss this option further.

***CUSTOMISATION***
All designs will be produced exactly as shown. If you require a change to any part of the design, whether it be colour, fonts or layout, PLEASE contact Love a Rhino PRIOR to placing your order, to avoid any disappointment.

***SHIPPING POLICY***
Love a Rhino are happy to offer worldwide shipping to our customers.
Within Australia, our shipping fee is a flat rate of $3.50. All orders are shipped via Australia Post's Priority Postal Service, with an ETA of 1-4 business days.

Shipping upgrades are available upon checkout.
These include :
SIGNED DELIVERY - This option will be shipped both Priority & Registered Mail. Please note: there will be NO signature required on delivery, however Registered Post includes a tracking number with which you can track the progress of your item. Again, the ETA for this option is 1-4 business days.

And
EXPRESS POST - Express post also includes a tracking number. The ETA is 1 business day (where available)

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the email address provided, once your order has shipped. Included in the email will be a tracking number (where applicable) which you can use to track the progress of your parcel, via the Australia Post website.

Shipping times are merely a guideline and depending on where you are located, may vary.
Once your order has been posted, we can not control how quickly it reaches you. If you are located in a regional area, please take this into account when placing your order.

If you require your order for a specific date or special occasion, please contact us at: hello@lovearhino.com.au before placing your order.
Please ensure the address listed on your PayPal account is your current, correct delivery address, as orders which are returned to us as undeliverable, will incur a re-dispatch fee.

International orders are sent untracked, though tracking can be added, upon request, for an additional fee. Prices shown for international shipping are for unframed 8x10" prints. If you are wanting another size shipped internationally, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Please allow the shipping timeframes stated above before contacting us about your order. As per Australia Post, an article is not considered to be 'lost' in transit until it has been a full 30 days from the date of postage. Under no circumstances will we replace an order sooner than this. If your order has not arrived after 30 days, please contact Australia Post with the tracking number provided. If they are unable to remedy your situation, please contact us at: hello@lovearhino.com.au and we will assist you.

All orders are shipped out on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays only, unless otherwise arranged.

***PROOF PROCEDURE
Proofs
Digital proofs are provided for all personalised prints and canvas orders.
Proofs are not be provided for standard (non-personalised) designs. Some of our more basic personalised designs, where only a monogram or first name is changed, may also be printed and posted without a proof being provided.

Proofs will generally be emailed through within 2-5 business days. This may vary during peak periods. Your proof will be sent to the email address listed on your PayPal account. That's the time to make sure everything (including spelling) is correct! If you are happy with your proof and would like for us to proceed, please be sure to let us know ASAP.
PLEASE NOTE: No responsibility will be taken for any mistakes identified after proof approval has been granted.

You can help to expedite delivery, by responding quickly after reviewing your proof. If you have not received your proof within the above mentioned time frame, PLEASE double check that it has not been caught in your email's junk filter.

Please note that due to various computer screen calibration, the colours that appear on your screen may differ slightly from the product you receive. Any slight variance is not considered defective and a refund will not be issued.

*Frames and all accessories shown are for staging purposes only and are not included with your purchase.

***REFUND POLICY***
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

***PRIVACY POLICY***
I respect your privacy and will keep your personal details secure and confidential. Information submitted is only used in order to process your order.
