After spending my life sick, tired and miserable. I coincidentally saw a different doctor when going to get my 5th doctors certificate for viral laryngitis that year (this was June!). He suggested further testing and finally after a bunch of tests (not the most comfortable) we found I had coeliacs' disease.
At first I just ate what I could, totally dissatisfied with the sandy texture and the bad soy aftertaste. I set out to make my family good food that we could all eat!
Now I am forever being told how non- gluten free-ks cannot tell that what they are eating has no gluten.
This I put down to the right combination of gluten free ingredients baked in our gluten free kitchen, with love. And also if it doesn't pass the husband test, well it doesn't see the light of day again! (And he's not even gluten free!)
