Iolite Earrings - Water Sapphire Earrings Sterling Silver

If you are looking for a one of a kind unique gift these raw iolite earrings are ideal.  Each and every pair will be one of a kind as the gemstones have been created by the earth.

These elegant earrings comprise raw organic iolite gemstones measuring 10mm - 12mm approx in their natural state. Wire wrapped by me in sterling silver wire, Suspended on handmade sterling silver ear wires.

The earrings have a total drop of 25mm (1").

Their other name is water sapphire and they are the birthstone for September.
Please note: Because I use natural stones, the stones may vary slightly in shape, shade and size. They may also contain natural inclusions. I have done my very best to match shape, size and colour for your earrings.

Iolite is the gemstone variety of the mineral cordierite. Iolite crystals are usually transparent to translucent forms of the mineral.
