Australian handmade ceramic petal shaped bowl wheel thrown by me in my studio on the picturesque Sunshine Coast.
The organic flowing form of the bowl resembles delicate flower petals. It can be used for a variety of purposes, from serving salads, fruits and snacks to displaying potpourri or as a stand alone decorative piece.
This is one of a kind bowl thrown on the potter's wheel in black midfire clay then altered to form the petals. The inside and rim of the bowl is glazed while the outside left unglazed.
It measures 16cm in diameter and a height of 9cm.
